Having travelled to over 20 countries, I bring first-hand insight and a personal appreciation for the richness each destination has to offer.

My background spans customer service, banking, education, and over a decade in the travel industry. I hold a BCom in Management, a Postgraduate Diploma, and have completed extensive training in client service — all of which helps me understand exactly what my clients need. I entered the travel industry in 2013 and launched my own business in 2017 under the Flight Centre Associate brand. That business has since evolved into Elevate Travel — an agency that gives me the freedom to offer a broader range of destinations, travel styles, and exclusive value, all within the broader umbrella of Envoyage (Flight Centre's unbranded model)
